Roy Hobbs Baseball Tournament
An
exciting time for fans of "America's Game"! Named after the fictional
character from the movie The Natural, this League emphasizes
competitive play, family activities and community service. The season
culminates in the Roy Hobbs World Series at the Lee County Sports

Ft. Myers Beach Shrimp Festival
Two
days of festivities to pay homage to Fort Myers Beach's harvest of
sweet pink shrimp. The 2009 festival marks the 50th anniversary for
this event and with the local Lions Club boiling up 1,000 pounds of
Florida shrimp you can understand why! Other activities include a 5K
Treasure Run, kids run, parade and crowning of the Shrimp Queen. Held
