The remote island of Cabbage Key is only accessible by boat, so you won’t see any cars driving around. However, you can get there quickly from your Fort Myers Beach rental with a lagoon view. There are regularly scheduled shuttle-boats from Pine Island, Captiva Island, and Punta Gorda.
