Lahaina Island Accommodations will sponsor the island's first annual Art and Pumpkin Festival's Kid & Pets Costume Parade Contest, participating with the community of business owners on Fort Myers Beach, FL. The event will take place on October 24th and 25th in the bay area of Times Square on Fort Myers Beach, and benefits the community, the Ostego Bay Foundation, God's Table and the Harry Chapin Food Bank. The Kids & Pets Costume Parade Contest will take place Saturday, October 24th at 10am.
Barb Garfold, owner of Lahaina Island Accommodations, will also donate a two-night stay at a two-bedroom, two-bath beachfront condominium for the charity auction.
"We are excited to take part in this new event, designed to inspire a fresh outlook and encourage positive energy on Fort Myers Beach," said Garfold.
Other details of the two-day Art & Pumpkin Festival include arts and crafts vendors, carnival style foods, kids games, contests for all ages and entertainment on both days.
