Great location. Weather was perfect. Overall a great place. The kitchen was not well equipped as posted. Pots and pans need replaced. Non scratch surface is scratched and should not be used. Basic essentials not provided. Large skillet, large pot, pitch for iced tea or water. Towels are worn out. Someone left a few beach chairs and we added a few but they should be standard. When you fly can't bring chairs and beach towels. One past place we rented in South Island of estero provided all of the above. Poor wifi

We were looking for a 2B/2Ba for our family of 3 (2 adults and 1 teen) on the beach in Ft Myers area. This is located at the far end of the point next door to the beautiful Pink Shell Resort and guest-imating 3/4 mile from the Times Square shopping/eating/bars, etc area of Estero Beach. We were close to all kinds of excursions around the marina where you can take 1 hour, 2 hour, half-day and all day long cruises for all kinds of sight-seeing, exploring around Captiva (the Northern Part) and near Barnacles Bar Great food. Good snorkeling and OK shelling. Beach was nice and white/gray, not too hard, not too soft, just right. However, since the St James River and other rivers, feed into that part of the Gulf of Mexico- the ocean was not as aqua/blue or clear-like swim/snorkel water like I usually see when I visit the Gulf. Probably why the price was so much more affordable when compared to other Gulf city beach places with similar attractions. The view was still awesome, near both the waterway for boating and the view in the picture here is authentic, realistic. Lots of room, easy to park, quick elevators and stairs choice, 3rd floor, If you're looking for a big pool-wrong place. If you're looking for a quick walk from condo to beach and water's edge-you hit the jackpot. Great Oyster bar called SOB just down the street, you can walk or drive to it. I recommend walking to avoid paying for parking. Beds were comfy, condo clean, AC great all the things you need for a comfortable, relaxing week at the beach.
